Lifting Weights
Lifting weights helps me build strength and endurance. My physical fitness is important to me and lifting weights is one the ways I achieve that.
Walking
Walking is a great way for me to relax and clear my mind. This is something I usually do when my day is over and I can unwind. I love how it is low-impact but its a way I get my steps in as well.
Swimming
Swimming is one of my favorite exercises, especially during the summer. It’s low-impact but works out the entire body, making it both challenging and refreshing when its hot out.
Outdoor Activities
I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and some biking. I love being out in nature and admiring the outdoors so this is one of the great ways I can get fitness in.
